No uptime guarantees here ladies and gentleman. Never a good sign.
The one thing I look for from every hosting company is a 99% uptime guarantee upfront. If your website goes down, you're basically screwed. It doesn't matter how great everything else is. If a visitor comes to your website and your hosting is down, your credibility is shot and a potential sale is blown.
Our limited testing showed no downtime, so that was a good sign. They use high performance hp servers and do daily tape back-ups. They monitor the network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will also continue to monitor the reliability and update the review as needed.

IpowerWeb's offer is pretty solid, but I've seen offers with similar benefits at a less expensive price. The basic offer is 10,000 mb hosting for $7.95 per month and free setup. You get 2500 email accounts, a website builder and a free domain. You can also host 6 domain names with one account. You get 250 gigabytes of data transfer each month too.
Unlimited autoresponders and forwarding accounts are included with the basic package too. You also get support for cgi-bin, perl, mysql, php and server side includes. And if Frontpage is your publishing tool of choice, you'll be able to use that with this account.
Pretty decent offer and the features should cover most hosting needs.

I like the fact that they have 24/7 live technical support via phone and chat. It runs 365 days a year, so even on Christmas you can call them up with questions about your account. You can also submit a ticket and they will answer your problems via email.
The help center is pretty comprehensive. More than likely, you'll be able to find the answer to your problem or question in their. They also have an interactive tutorial section you can put to good use and learn how to maximize your hosting account.
Overall, their customer service is pretty solid and you should have all of your questions answered and problems solved.
